 I wish to clarify about the three new laws i.e BNS , BNSS and BSA ,2023:- 1 These are now laws as enacted and published in the official gazette  2 These laws are not notified to be enforced  3 These laws are applicable with effect from the date it will be notified and again published in the official gazette as to its applicability  4 As on today and till the date of applicability of new laws is not notified, So as on today IPC , CrPC and Evidence act are applicable.
